Exercise Mat
I don’t know about you, but I am not thrilled about laying down on the bare floor. I keep my house clean, but with hardwood floors laying down without a cousin just isn’t comfortable. Getting an exercise mat is optional, but is will help making getting down on the floor more comfortable and will also help with your traction when you are doing the yoga exercises.
Push Up Stands
Push-up stands are excellent for those advanced builders and are already in great shape because it allows them to add new levels to their program. Starters can also use it to level up the intensity of their program.
A Good Multivitamins
There are lots of vitamins and supplements out there for your grab, but the real stand out is the Ola Loa. Honestly, I could go on about these vitamins for an entire HUB. My husband can actually tell a difference in my behavior when I am taking these versus when I am not. Of course, you can also try the P90x multivitamins as an alternative.
